How I work
Couples rarely arrive because of one argument. They arrive because of the four hundredth version of it. I help partners see the cycle they are caught in, so that they can stand next to each other and look at it rather than stand opposite each other and live it.
I am direct, warm and fair. I will interrupt you when the old pattern starts, and I will not take sides, even when you would like me to.
Background
I have worked with couples and families for fourteen years, in community clinics and private practice. I offer sessions in English and Spanish, and I have a particular interest in families navigating migration and distance.
