Priyanka advises Asia-based private capital managers on fund structuring and regional investment strategies, with a focus on real assets and infrastructure. She joined Thornhill's Hong Kong office in 2017 and was made partner in 2022, having previously practised in Singapore, and has advised on matters including a real estate private capital manager's formation of a pan-regional logistics fund and the asset management arrangements for a fund's operating infrastructure platform.

Priyanka regularly advises institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds and pension funds, on their co-investment and secondaries programmes across the Asia-Pacific region, most recently advising a sovereign wealth fund on a programme of direct co-investments alongside third-party managers, and is well placed to advise sponsors on the particular regulatory considerations that apply to fundraising across multiple Asian jurisdictions.

Priyanka holds an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore and was admitted in Singapore in 2012 and in Hong Kong in 2017. She is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Asia Private Equity Institute.
