Charlotte advises high-net-worth individuals and family offices on US and cross-border wealth structuring, with a particular focus on clients relocating to or from the United States. She joined Thornhill's New York office in 2018 from a leading US private client practice, bringing deep experience of the US tax and estate planning framework as it applies to internationally mobile families, and has advised on matters including an entrepreneur and their family's relocation ahead of the sale of a business and a family's tax-efficient structuring of real estate assets held across multiple countries.

She works closely with the firm's Immigration and Tax teams to provide integrated planning advice to international families, and has led the drafting of coordinated sets of wills across multiple jurisdictions for clients with cross-border estates.

Charlotte holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and was admitted in New York in 2011. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
