About
Natasha advises family offices and private clients on global asset structuring and immigration matters connected to international relocation. She joined Thornhill's Hong Kong office in 2020, having previously practised in Dubai advising international families on cross-border structuring, and has advised on matters including a family office principal's immigration position following a change in tax residency and the consolidation of a family's holding structures after a change in residency.
She works closely with colleagues across the firm's other Asia-based practices to provide clients with a coordinated view of the legal, tax and immigration considerations relevant to their circumstances, most recently advising a family on asset structuring ahead of a planned relocation.
Natasha holds an LL.B. from SOAS University of London and was admitted in England and Wales in 2015 and in Hong Kong in 2020. She is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
