Vivienne advises US and international corporates on cross-border acquisitions and disposals, as well as public company transactions. She joined Thornhill's New York office in 2016 from a leading US firm and was made partner in 2021, and has advised on matters including a strategic acquirer's competitive auction process for a manufacturing group and a US corporate's acquisition of a European competitor's business.

She has particular experience advising strategic acquirers on competitive auction processes, and regularly works alongside Thornhill's London and Hong Kong offices on multi-jurisdictional deals, including recent advice on a debt capital markets issuance to refinance existing acquisition debt.

Vivienne holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and was admitted in New York in 2009. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
